Offers Guidance & Expertise. REALTORS®️ will help guide you as Buyer to find a property within your budget, location, needs and wants.  When working with REALTORS®️ to sell your home, most REALTORS®️ use professional marketing avenues to expose your home using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing to provide you with the best exposure for you to achieve the most favourable terms that suit your needs.

Negotiate Your Investment: REALTORS®️ can do more than just negotiate price on your Agreement of Purchase. When negotiating as a Buyer, a REALTOR can provide you with a strategic approach to present to Listing REALTOR. Negotiations may not always be agreeable to both a Buyer and Seller but when the right REALTOR can advise you when to proceed or when a property may not be suitable for your needs. The home you put an offer on may not be the home for you after a Home Inspection, Insurance Inspection or Septic Inspection. When items arise in these Inspections, having a professional REALTOR®️ to help guide you is key.  As a Seller, a REALTOR®️ is there to ensure that the negotiations are agreeable to you as the Seller as well may advise whether the proposed terms are reasonable or to propose another solution.

Recommendations beyond Real Estate: Whether you're a First Time Home Buyer, First Time Seller or seasoned with Buying or Selling, you may have the contacts you need such as Legal Services, Accountants, Inspectors or Trade Contacts. If not, your REALTOR®️ can make recommendations of who would be a great fit for you for service.

Cost: REALTORS®️ typically get paid by the seller of the property whether it be an individual or developer if the property is listed on the MLS. If you’re a buyer, all the more reason to leverage a REALTOR®️.  When selling your home, there is a fee for service for your REALTOR®️. This fee is paid on the Possession Day and is disbursed by your Lawyer.
